1. Sales task

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for toys testing services.
• Identify and approach potential clients, including manufacturers, exporters, and retailers in the toy industry.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams (laboratory, customer service, technical) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Support marketing activities, trade shows, and promotional events related to toys testing services.
• Other specific tasks assigned by Head of Department.

2. Marketing task

• Joining with Marketing Executive to organizing workshop, exhibition, commercial event, …
• Co-operating & providing information related to market/clients to Marketing Executive to prepare E-newsletter or upload in website

3. PR task

• Maintaining and developing relationship with existing and new consulting company;
• Developing relationship with Association, NGOs, Government Authorities to support for business.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Good spoken and written English, Chinese (Mandarin) is plus

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in testing, inspection, or certification services.
• Strong knowledge of the toy industry and relevant safety standards is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to grasp information, quick learning; Ability to working hard under high pressure;
• Some travel will be necessary, though not regularly.
