About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Controller to play a key role in driving profitable growth in a SaaS business. This is a business‑oriented role with close collaboration across CFO, Product, Sales, and Commercial teams.
You will act as a trusted financial and strategic partner, owning analysis, forecasting, decision support, and KPI frameworks.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to influence decisions and shape the business, not just report on past performance.
We’re in an exciting transformation phase: fast‑moving, collaborative, and global. You’ll work cross‑functionally, have clear priorities, and partner with colleagues around the globe.
What You Will Do
Business & Growth Analysis
Analysis of ARR/MRR, churn, NRR, and expansion revenue
Profitability analysis across customers, products, and regions
Analysis of pricing, product mix, and gross margins
Forecasting, Planning & Decision Support
Rolling forecasts and scenario analysis
Financial budget and annual planning
Headcount and cost modelling aligned with growth plans
Cash flow analysis
Partnering with Sales, Product & Commercial
Sales channel efficiency and sales productivity analysis
Financial input to pricing and packaging
Churn and retention analysis with actionable insights
KPIs and Reporting
Ownership and continuous development of the company KPI framework
Continuous development with utilizing AI tool to simplify and improve daily task and processes
Presenting insights and recommendations to management
Who are you?
You combine strong analytical skills with commercial acumen and clear communication skills. You thrive and truly enjoy a high pace in a global environment. Fluent in English is a requirement for this role.
We believe you have:
7+ years of experience as a Business Controller or similar
Experience from SaaS, tech, or subscription-based business models
Proven experience in driving change and improvements
Partnering with senior leadership and influencing decisions
High analytical integrity and comfort working with complexity
Advanced Excel skills and experience using BI tools
A bachelor’s degree or similar education

Location and Reporting Structure:
Based in our Mölndal office with the ability to work in a hybrid arrangement according to the company Hybrid Working Policy, and the needs of the business. This position reports to the CFO.
