The position and your daily adventures

This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week. 

What you can expect:

Building business strategies:Work closely with company executives and high-level management  to create strategic plans with key performance indicators

Project Management:Support the team in the project management and the development of high-quality deliverables

Processes improvement based on data analysis: Develop and work with the team to establish future-facing insights, implications, and recommendations, delivering advice, making recommendations, and identifying and solving problems.

Team management: Mentor and coach junior teammates and engender effective contribution to Klar’s knowledge management initiatives and best practices.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or analytical field (e.g., Computational, Mechatronics, Mathematics, Engineering, AI, etc.)

Advanced English level

2 or 3 years of experience in data analysis,  process improvement and automatization

Advanced English. Most communication within Klar happens in English.

Advanced Excel. Knowledgeable in formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.

Advanced in SQL

Advanced  Python 

Experience using AI to automatize processes 

Tableau is a plus

Non-technical (soft skills)

Problem-finder and problem-solver. You have the ability to tackle broad questions, identify the right problem to solve and generate solutions for it.

Self-starter and proactive. You do not require constant supervision; curiosity drives you to find new work streams that help the company’s goals.

Organized and structured. You plan, organize and structure your efforts in order to achieve the most effectiveness in a more efficient way.

Analytical and critical thinker. You leverage available data and search for new data points to make informed decisions; you do not go with the first hunch or the first answer, but test the answers against data and facts.
