About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our global Business Applications team and help design, develop, and enhance our Salesforce platform that powers Sales, Partner Operations, Billing, and Customer Lifecycle processes.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for building scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions, working closely with architects, admins, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clean, maintainable code. You’ll play a key part in expanding platform capabilities across Sales Cloud, Partner Portal, CPQ, Billing, and ERP integrations.

Key Responsibilities

•
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Visualforce.

•
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, CLM, Marketing, Provisioning, etc.) using REST and SOAP APIs.

•
Develop and optimize automations, triggers, and batch processes to support end-to-end business workflows.

•
Ensure data quality, performance, and scalability across Salesforce environments.

•
Participate in code reviews, release management, and deployment processes using CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or Gitlab).

•
Collaborate with global teams to support new features, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements.

•
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications

Required:

•
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

•
5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.

•
Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, and SOQL.

•
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and at least one of: Partner Portal, CPQ, or Billing.

•
Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing rules, and security.

•
Experience building API-based integrations with external systems.

•
Familiarity with Agile development practices and DevOps tools for Salesforce.

•
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

•
Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer II or CPQ Specialist.

•
Knowledge of test automation frameworks and performance optimization.

•
Exposure to subscription-based or SaaS business processes.
