Job Description

Who We Are

At Davidson & Company, we’re not your cookie-cutter accounting firm. While we’re experts in audit, tax, and advisory, we’re equally committed to putting people first and embracing technology along the way. We’re not afraid to challenge the status quo. We blend deep technical expertise with a genuine human culture.

From our humble beginnings in 1984, we’ve grown to nearly 200 strong and established ourselves as one of Canada’s largest independent CPA firms. Our growth has been driven by continuously evolving how we work, embracing smarter systems, better data, and more collaborative ways of getting things done.

Assess alignment between system capabilities and business requirements

Support evaluation of system lifecycle status (retain, enhance, replace)

Contribute to the development of target-state application architecture models

Support Solution Evaluation and Delivery

Develop structured evaluation criteria aligned to documented requirements

Support RFI/RFP development and vendor evaluation efforts

Participate in solution demonstrations and fit-gap analysis sessions

Assist with implementation planning and sequencing

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and validation

Proven ability to translate complex business operations into structured, actionable requirements

Experience supporting enterprise system selection and/or implementation initiatives
