Senior Business Analyst

What you'll do:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be part of the agile development cycle in the RegTech area during the introduction/extension of our regulatory reporting software products. This entails:• Analyzing regulations and/or business/client specific requirements of the national and international Banking Authorities
• Designing, implementing, and testing (e. g. regulatory) requirements, new features, or software improvements.
• Producing reasonable test cases and test data and defining user stories in terms of the agile software development process as well as creating documentation for clients and internal use.
• Close collaboration with national and international colleagues at all levels and skills within the organization, e.g. Software Engineers, Architects, etc.
• Provision of customer support (Hotline, Workshops, User Groups) and support of customer projects

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role with focus on regulatory reporting
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and reporting standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills; able to translate complex regulations into practical solutions.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) project environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and reporting is highly valued
• Excellent communication skills — able to engage and influence stakeholders across business, compliance, and technical teams.
• Degree in Finance, Business, or Information Technology preferred
• Very good (spoken and written) level of English.
