Summary:

Join our Trading Systems team as a Business Analyst, where you will analyze complex requirements, optimize system workflows, and coordinate delivery of enhancements across front-end and back-office platforms. You will work closely with developers, QA, and product owners to ensure seamless integrations, robust UAT, and continuous platform improvements. This role is ideal for candidates with strong knowledge of CFDs and trading technologies who want to influence the next generation of trading solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis
• Collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to CFD trading platforms (front-end, back-office, risk, reporting).
• Translate business needs and requirements into clear specifications for development teams.
• Perform gap analysis on current systems and propose enhancements to workflows, integrations, and automation.

• Product Ownership Support
• Contribute to the CFD trading systems roadmap by aligning business priorities with technical feasibility.
• Work with internal stakeholders to plan and deliver platform enhancements.
• Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

• Testing & Delivery
• Lead and coordinate UAT for new features, system upgrades, and platform rollouts.
• Ensure all releases meet business requirements and deliver optimal client experience.
• Provide user training and documentation for internal teams.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, ideally in CFD/forex/derivatives trading.
• Strong knowledge of CFD products, brokerage operations, and trading platforms (MT4/MT5 or similar).
• Familiarity with STP/bridge systems, liquidity providers, and risk management tools is an advantage.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, critical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong Mandarin & English communication skills.
