·         Specialist knowledge in payment process with emphasis on Swift messaging and Swift alliance products (Must have)

·         Experience in back office operations in capital markets with knowledge of various instruments and associated accounting and settlement processes (Must have, second priority)

·         Very good business analysis and analytical skills. (Must have)

·         Should have excellent documentation and communication, interpersonal skills (Must have)

·         Experience in developing project schedule plans, test plans, monitoring schedules and cost

·         Experience in coordinating with end users, business group, development and QA groups for project release implementations and support
