Job Description
As a Senior Business Analyst – Supply Chain Planning, you play a key role in shaping, scaling, and optimizing the digital backbone of our global supply chain. You help ensure that our planning landscape remains robust, future‑proof, and capable of supporting rapid international growth, while continuously adding value through technology, data, and AI‑driven insights.
With your strong analytical foundation, end‑to‑end process perspective, and ability to operate confidently at the intersection of business and technology, you enable smarter decision‑making across Supply & Demand Planning and Sales & Operations Planning. You don’t just improve systems; you elevate how planning works across the organization.

The primary project we are currently working on, known as Crystal Ball, focuses on transforming our planning and forecasting landscape by implementing a scalable end‑to‑end planning solution (Relex). In this role, you will be at the heart of that transformation, working closely with Supply & Demand planning, S&OP and tech stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful solutions. This initiative is a key step in improving forecast accuracy, enabling smarter decision‑making, and helping reduce logistics costs while supporting growth in existing markets and expansion into new ones.

What you’ll be doing
As part of the Tech & Data – Supply Chain Planning & Forecasting team, you collaborate closely with fellow Business Analysts, Product and Project Managers, and key business stakeholders. Together, you design, maintain, and continuously improve the planning solutions that support a complex, fast‑growing, and international supply chain environment.
• Own and evolve core Supply & Demand and Sales & Operations Planning capabilities, ensuring continuity and innovation.
• Act as a trusted partner for business users, identifying opportunities and translating them into high-quality improvements.
• Bridge business and technology by articulating requirements and trade-offs to teams and software vendors.
• Guide vendors and partners to ensure solutions meet quality standards and align with long-term vision.
• Lead analysis and solution design for complex planning topics, including forecasting logic and integration flows.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through alignment, structured planning, and transparent communication.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, including IT and data projects such as middleware integrations.
You are high on energy, low on ego, and bring curiosity, ownership, and a sense of humor to your work. You enjoy navigating complexity, influencing without authority, and working in an international, fast‑paced environment where change is constant and impact is tangible.
You bring:
• A bachelor's or master's degree, or an equivalent level of thinking and professional experience.
• At minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, business analysis, or a closely related domain, with a strong analytical and problem‑solving track record.
• The ability to engage confidently with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, translating complex topics into clear and actionable insights.
• Experience with planning tools such as Relex, logility or similar solutions (experience with Jira or Agile tooling is a strong plus).
• A solid understanding of Agile ways of working and cross‑functional product or project teams, supported by strong stakeholder management capabilities, and resilience under pressure.
• A process‐driven, end‑to‑end mindset, you look beyond individual systems and focus on the broader operational and data landscape, recognizing patterns and connecting dots across domains.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with excellent documentation skills.
• A proactive, curious, and collaborative attitude, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and help shape what’s next.
