Your Impact Zone
• Work closely with business stakeholders and SMEs to capture and validate complex business requirements.
• Develop and manage functional requirements, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and detailed design specifications.
• Lead product demos for stakeholders to ensure alignment with the business vision.
• Create and manage a detailed backlog of user stories; proactively participate in grooming and sprint planning.
• Act as the primary bridge for Dev and QA teams to clarify and prioritize requirements on a daily basis.
• Perform high-level, pre-release smoke testing to ensure delivered stories meet the "Definition of Ready."
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, ideally within Capital Markets or Financial Services.
• Requirements Engineering: Expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, process improvement, and backlog grooming.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications for development teams (including offshore).
• Agile Ecosystem: Expert-level use of Jira and Confluence.
• Self-Sufficient: Capable of driving an initiative from a vague business idea to a concrete functional specification.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to apply systematic analysis to large amounts of unstructured information.
• Collaborative: Thrives in international, cross-functional team environments.
• Experience with AI is nice to have, interest and willingness to use it is a must have.

Compensation
3,500 - 5,000 EUR Monthly Gross
