Our Revenue Strategy & Analytics team is seeking a deeply technical and strategic Senior Business Analyst to build and maintain the analytical tooling and data infrastructure that powers our Small and Medium Sized (SMB) business channel. This pivotal role requires expertise in BigQuery and SQL to manage ETL workflows and data pipelines, and a proven ability to build and scale dashboards. The successful candidate will leverage these technical foundations to drive sales rigor, optimize performance, and propel our overall revenue strategy.

You’ll need to be fluent in SQL, BigQuery, and developing dashboards. The right individual is comfortable diving into complex data ecosystems and enjoys translating those insights into tangible business impact.

Location: Remote (USA), preferably NYC

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Collaboration with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Analytics Engineering to deliver analytics that shape Reddit’s revenue strategy.

• Build and scale dashboards and data pipelines provide actionable insights for sales leadership and sellers.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across core datasets powering dashboards, KPIs, and financial reporting.

• Drive operational excellence, ensuring on-time delivery of insights, automation of recurring reporting, and continuous improvement of data models.

• Translate insights into action, guiding business partners through complex data findings to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.

• Partner with the Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage & enhance the revenue data foundations, including ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and data pipelines in BigQuery.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles

• 3+ years experience with SQL and relational databases

• 3+ years experience developing dashboards in Looker or similar

• Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis; knowledge of BigQuery a plus

• Strategic and analytical capability: Proven ability to think strategically and translate data into insights and actions that drive measurable business outcomes.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Winning Mindset: Proactive, ambitious, practical and gets results with urgency

• Experience in the online marketing and advertising industry is preferred.

Pay Transparency:

This job posting may span more than one career level.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base salary range for this position is:
$167,500—$234,500 USD
