• Define, maintain, and communicate product vision and roadmap in alignment with business value;
• Prioritize and organize the product backlog using structured, value-based criteria;
• Translate complex business needs into clear, testable, and structured documentation;
• Communicate risks, impacts, and dependencies clearly to drive alignment;
• Develop AS‑IS and TO‑BE flows, identifying gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities;
• Support cross-system integration design (APIs, interfaces, business rules).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field;
• Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory;
• Experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a hybrid role;
• Demonstrated ability to lead backlog prioritization and feature definition;
• Experience in complex system integration, multi-squad environments, or enterprise platforms;
• Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira for backlog and delivery management;
• Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks;
• Ability to structure complex requirements into Features and PBIs with measurable value;
• Familiarity with APIs, integration patterns, and functional architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ERP, supply chain, commodities, or platform ecosystems;
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and SDLC governance;
• Experience with CAFE or PBI quality frameworks;
• Experience with Power BI and/or Miro is desirable.

• Availability to work in a hybrid model (4x1) in São Paulo, SP.
