Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Non-Core Banking Systems to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for enterprise applications such as ECM, CRM, HR, and automation platforms. The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in ensuring that IT initiatives align with strategic objectives and deliver value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for non-core applications.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to define business processes, workflows, and system enhancements.
• Develop detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and integration teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Support testing activities including test case preparation, execution, and validation.
• Assist in change management by preparing user documentation and delivering training sessions.
• Ensure alignment of IT solutions with business goals, regulatory standards, and security policies.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for non-core applications and provide ongoing support to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting banking systems.

Requirements:
• Proven experience (7+ years) as a Business Analyst, along with banking or financial sector background.
• Strong knowledge of non-core banking systems such as ECM, CRM, HR, and workflow automation tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Familiarity with system integration, APIs, and database concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in agile and waterfall project methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst certification.
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as banking, finance, or government.
• Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to financial institutions.
