About Project

You will join a remote team working in a complex IT environment where business analysis plays a key role in shaping scalable digital solutions, supporting system integrations, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation.

You will be:

• eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements,

• translating business needs into clear and structured functional specifications,

• modeling business processes and identifying improvement opportunities,

• collaborating with product owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders across the project lifecycle,

• supporting system integrations and working with API-based solutions,

• facilitating workshops and aligning expectations between business and technical teams,

• ensuring requirements quality, traceability, and consistency,

• identifying risks, dependencies, and potential delivery gaps early.
