We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst | Enterprise Content & Document Management to strengthen our hybrid delivery teams.
What You’ll Do
• Participate in client workshops and meetings to understand business needs related to document management, operational workflows, and end-to-end business solutions (e.g. contract management, invoice management);
• Analyse existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized solutions with a focus on automation and operational efficiency;
• Design end-to-end business processes and workflows within document management platforms;
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and structured documentation;
• Support pre-sales activities, including scoping, effort estimation, preparation of proposal material, and solution demos;
• Contribute to the creation of methodologies, templates, tools, and best practices for the service line;
• Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure the quality and consistency of project deliverables.
Requirements:
What You’ll Bring
• 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally in a consulting or enterprise environment;
• Proven experience in analysing and designing business processes and workflows;
• Experience working with enterprise software solutions in document management or similar business systems (ELO DMS experience is a strong nice-to-have but not required);
• Strong ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into functional solutions;
• Excellent documentation skills (process maps, functional specifications, reports);
• Consulting mindset with strong communication skills, structured thinking, and the ability to present clear, well-founded solutions to clients;
• Team-oriented attitude, mentoring mindset, and willingness to actively contribute to the development of a growing service line;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering).
