RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to support and drive the growth of our Capital Markets practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, in a growing team of securities services practitioners, where you will be initiating and implementing business architecture frameworks and solution design for top-tier Financial Services clients.

This project is a Business Architect / Business Analyst within a Corporate Banking / Credit & Lending function. You will support project and delivery teams in ensuring the smooth execution of daily project operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional specifications and solution designs.

•
Develop and maintain business architecture artefacts such as process maps, capability models, and information flow diagrams.

•
Identify process optimization opportunities and propose solutions that improve efficiency and streamline operations.

•
Perform gap analyses to compare current-state capabilities against future business requirements and recommend enhancements.

•
Lead workshops and discussions to align stakeholders on requirements, design choices, and project scope.

•
Produce detailed documentation of business processes, system interactions, and end-to-end workflows.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

•
Strong Business Analysis & Consulting skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional design.

•
Ability to work closely with stakeholders to clarify needs, run workshops, and drive alignment.

•
Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and system interactions with clear analytical thinking.

•
Skilled in identifying process gaps and proposing practical improvements or future‑state designs.

•
Exposure to process optimisation or Target Operating Model (TOM) work is preferred but not a must.

•
Understanding of credit & lending, corporate banking, or related financial products such as loans and trade finance (optional).

•
Able to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and support transformation initiatives effectively.
