Senior Business Analyst (Content & Compliance)

• Work closely with content and compliance teams in a regulated environment to understand and map end-to-end content processes.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and compliance risks, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to gather and validate business requirements.  
• Develop clear, structured documentation including process flows, SOPs, and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business, compliance, and technology.

• 7+ years of experience as Business Analyst in IT-related projects. 
• Proven experience in business process analysis, process mapping, and documentation, with strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Working knowledge of Jira (or similar tools) for managing requirements, user stories, and backlog items.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation (e.g., BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions across cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization to support business insights, reporting, and informed decision‑making.
