Senior Business Analyst (Cards & Payments)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in end-to-end card issuing and acquiring lifecycle management to lead complex initiatives across regulated banking and fintech environments.
This is a senior-level position suited for professionals with extensive experience in Visa and Mastercard programmes, processor and PSP integrations, compliance frameworks, and card programme launches. The role requires strong ownership across the full delivery lifecycle, bridging business, technology, compliance, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across the full issuing lifecycle (Credit, Debit, Prepaid).
• Coordinate with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) ensuring compliance and programme alignment.
• Manage processor and PSP integrations, including technical and operational readiness.
• Translate regulatory, product, and operational requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Oversee card programme launches, migrations, and platform transitions.
• Drive UAT governance, testing coordination, and go-live readiness processes.
• Support EMV implementation and compliance with PCI DSS, AML, and PSD2 frameworks.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, compliance, risk, and operations stakeholders.
• Ensure scalable and secure payment solution delivery across digital and card platforms.
• Provide ongoing support during post-go-live stabilization and operational transition.

Requirements:
• 15+ years of professional experience in Cards & Payments.

• Extensive hands-on experience in issuing lifecycle ownership (Credit/Debit/Prepaid).
• Proven experience with Visa and Mastercard scheme coordination.
• Strong experience with processor and PSP integrations.
• Experience in card programme launches and migrations.
• Solid exposure to regulated banking or EMI environments.
• Strong understanding of EMV standards and PCI DSS, AML, PSD2 compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience managing UAT and delivery governance processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
