We are currently seeking a Senior Building Services- Sanitary Design Engineer to join our growing team and take part in interdisciplinary projects. In this role, you will lead the design of sanitary, drainage, wastewater, rainwater, and water supply systems for commercial and industrial buildings. 
 
• Perform advanced hydraulic calculations (water demand, pipe sizing, pump head calculations)
• Develop and review riser diagrams, schematics and system layouts
• Specify and validate the selection of pumps, water heaters, tanks and plumbing equipment
• Provide technical guidance to CAD designers to ensure accurate implementation of sanitary designs within the 3D model.
 
• Degree in engineering or related technical discipline. Alternatively, several years of experience in 3D modelling and technical drawing
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in sanitary or building services engineering
• Knowledge of model-based design processes and proficiency in CAD/ BIM tools such as Revit or MEP CAD software
• Fluency in English and Greek. German is advantageous, while proficiency in additional languages is also welcomed
