YOUR MISSION

We’re building one of the most innovative retail media networks in the industry — and we’re looking for a Brand Associate to help us scale it to the next level. You’ll be part of the Brand Ads team, working closely with some of the most strategic brand partners on our platform. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about marketing, media, and data — someone eager to learn fast, deliver results, and help top brands understand the value of investing in visibility within Glovo. You’ll be exposed to client work, internal performance analysis, and strategic pitching — all while contributing directly to revenue growth.

THE JOURNEY

• Manage and grow a portfolio of brands by supporting ongoing campaigns and identifying new opportunities to drive visibility and performance.

• Prepare performance reports, analyze campaign results, and clearly highlight the business impact of Glovo Ads to internal and external stakeholders.

• Support pitch development, proposals, and presentations to help the team convert new brand leads into advertisers.

• Use internal tools and data to identify high-potential brands that could benefit from advertising on Glovo.

• Proactively suggest creative campaign ideas and promotional mechanics that align with brand objectives and Glovo’s seasonal priorities.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, content) to ensure campaigns are well executed and aligned with partner goals.

• Help manage day-to-day relationships with brand partners and become a trusted point of contact over time.

• Work closely with the Brand Ads Manager to plan, track and deliver quarterly revenue goals.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, marketing, sales support, or a client-facing role — preferably in tech, media, or eCommerce.

• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with performance data and drawing actionable insights.

• Presentation and communication skills — able to explain results and strategy in a simple, compelling way.

• Commercial curiosity — you like to dig into numbers and trends to find new opportunities for growth.

• Self-starter attitude with great attention to detail and organization.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides. Experience with dashboards, CRM tools or BI tools is a plus.

• Fluent in English and the local language (additional languages are a bonus!).

• You care deeply about doing great work and are excited to grow in a fast-paced environment.
