💡 Your Mission: Delight customers with exceptional design

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer to craft visuals that inspire, connect, and convert. You’ll own and evolve our visual identity across every channel, ensuring our brand is as compelling as our mission. In this role, your work will shape how customers, partners, and the market see voize - making design a growth driver, not just a garnish.

🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days are alike

• Own and refine voize’s visual identity across paid, organic, and owned channels

• Design marketing assets for Google, LinkedIn, retargeting campaigns, booths, events, print hands-outs, and A/B tests

• Partner with our web team to create landing pages and visuals in Figma and Webflow

• Produce engaging content visuals for social, blog, and email

• Craft standout sales and investor decks, one-pagers, event, and print materials

• Build and maintain design templates and component libraries for the marketing team

🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table

• Several years experience with marketing design with a portfolio spanning ads, web, social, and sales materials

• Excellent proficiency of Figma and Adobe CC (Bonus: Webflow)

• Proven track record designing for performance and conversion

• Ability to move fast, iterate quickly, and deliver high-quality work

• Fluent C1+ English (Bonus: German)
