Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. If you are organized, proficient in accounting software, and love working with numbers, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and daily accounting operations
• Maintain general ledger, chart of accounts, and journal entries
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Oversee AP / AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and aging reports
• Perform monthly closing, bank & credit card reconciliations
• Maintain payroll entries, expenses, and reimbursements
• Coordinate with internal departments & external auditors
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Improve and streamline accounting processes
Requirements:
• 4+ years of bookkeeping / accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Xero
• Strong Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables, reporting)
• Experience managing month-end & year-end closing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
