You will work closely with the Transport Coordinator and Transportation Manager to coordinate marine transportation logistics while focusing primarily on delivering exceptional guest experiences on the water.

• Proven experience as a Boat Captain, preferably in a resort or hospitality environment.
• Valid Boat Captain's license and certifications required.
• Strong understanding of maritime navigation, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
