Position Overview
The Senior BCBA provides clinical oversight, supervision, and program development while maintaining a balanced, high-quality caseload. This role plays a key part in clinical excellence, staff development, and program consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBAs in training
Provide clinical guidance to ensure ethical, evidence-based care
Monitor treatment progress and adjust programs as needed
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
Support training, onboarding, and clinical best practices
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification (required)
Eligible for licensure and practice in Texas
3 years experienced preferred
Experience supervising RBTs and/or junior clinicians
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment skills
