We are seeking talented and experienced Senior Architects to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping innovative and sustainable architectural solutions for a diverse range of projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the urban landscape of one of India's most vibrant cities while working on cutting-edge designs that blend functionality, aesthetics, and cultural sensitivity.

• Lead and oversee complex architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to develop comprehensive design solutions
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery
• Conduct site visits and assessments to inform design decisions and ensure project feasibility
• Develop and present design proposals, including 3D visualizations and detailed drawings, to clients and stakeholders
• Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering a culture of innovation and professional growth
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
• Incorporate sustainable design practices and innovative technologies into architectural solutions
• Analyze project requirements and develop creative solutions to meet client needs and expectations
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Valid architectural license with a minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex architectural projects
• Proficiency in industry-standard architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes relevant to the Indian context
• Strong understanding of sustainable design practices and their application in architectural projects
• Familiarity with local building regulations in Bengaluru and surrounding areas
• Knowledge of Indian architectural styles and cultural considerations in design
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to create innovative and visionary design solutions while meeting practical requirements
• Experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
