We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM Modeler specializing in Electrical systems to join our innovative team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our Building Information Modeling (BIM) department, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed electrical models for complex projects, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the design process.

• Lead the development and maintenance of high-quality BIM models for electrical systems using Revit and other advanced software tools
• Collaborate closely with project teams to deliver exceptional results with minimal supervision
• Analyze and interpret project requirements, ensuring compliance with BIM standards and guidelines
• Create and modify Revit families and parameters to meet project-specific needs
• Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve conflicts and optimize building systems
• Perform quality checks on models prior to review by senior team members
• Support the development of authority submission documentation
• Mentor junior team members and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and best practices in the electrical engineering field

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on electrical systems
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and familiarity with Navisworks
• Strong understanding of electrical disciplines, systems, and relevant codes
• Demonstrated ability to produce detailed models with minimal engineering input
• In-depth knowledge of BIM requirements, guidelines, and authority submission processes
• Expertise in coordination, zoning, and clash detection within BIM environments
• Proven track record of creating and updating complex Revit families and parameters
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Capability to work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously
