Senior BI Developer (Remote in Poland)

This role is not just about building reports — it’s about owning BI projects end-to-end and working closely with product teams to move the needle on revenue and business impact. What you’ll do:

• Be a key part of our product data development journey;
• Design, build and maintain BI solutions that power decision-making across Oversee;
• Take ownership of parts of our data warehouse - from planning the architecture to hands-on implementation;
• Partner directly with product and business teams to understand needs, recommend solutions, and deliver them end-to-end;
• Build dashboards and reports in Power BI that tell a clear story and drive action.

About you:

• 5+ years as a BI/Data Developer (or similar role)
• Strong SQL skills and a sharp analytical mindset
• 2+ years building Power BI dashboards (not just consuming them)
• Good eye for UI/UX and how data should be presented
• Experience with data quality best practices and methodologies
• Familiar with ETL/ELT and DWH concepts (and eager to dive deeper)
• Comfortable with version control and deployment processes

Bonus points if you have:

• BS in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar analytical field
• Hands-on with Snowflake or dbt
• Experience with Power BI embedded
• Python for BI/ETL tasks
• Strong UI/UX design sense for dashboards
