Senior BI Analyst

Global BI supports analytics needs at the enterprise level—work that spans business units and requires 
a consistent standard. This role is our analytical lead, a peer to BU analysts who brings strong craft and 
a collaborative approach.

You support high-priority, cross-functional reporting needs and serve as a resource to analysts across 
the organization. You'll partner with BU teams—troubleshooting, sharing best practices, and helping 
elevate work across the org.

This role moves across contexts rather than sitting with one team. We're looking for someone who enjoys 
variety, adapts quickly, and takes pride in doing good work regardless of the project.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Cross-functional reporting: dashboards and analysis for enterprise-level, high-priority initiatives

Quality and craft: accuracy, clarity, and polish in everything you deliver

Analyst partnership: work alongside BU analysts, troubleshoot, share best practices

Continuous improvement: identify patterns, document reusable approaches, contribute to orgwide quality

Qualifications:

4+ years in BI, analytics, or reporting

Strong SQL skills, with experience in Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms

Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools (data modeling, DAX or equivalent, visualization)

Leverage AI strategically to accelerate work

Exceptional attention to detail

Clear communicator who can influence across teams and levels

Ability to translate business needs into actionable analysis

Experience partnering with senior leadership

Experience across multiple BI platforms or reporting tools

Familiarity with modern data tools (dbt, Streamlit, etc.)

Python or R for analysis or automation

Interest in experimenting with new technologies and approaches

Background mentoring or supporting other analysts

Familiarity with data governance or documentation standards

Structured and organized—you bring order to ambiguity and build systems that scale
