We’re seeking a Senior BI Analyst to join our dynamic Business Data Team. We need someone who is ambitious, genuine, and thrives in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. As GWI continues to expand, we’re looking for a Senior BI Analyst who’s passionate about turning data into insight and thrives on cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you’ll deliver advanced analytical insights, build impactful dashboards, and empower data-driven decision-making within the Commercial Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take your BI career to the next level — contributing to strategic initiatives, strengthening data governance, and helping shape the company’s overall data strategy. What do I need to bring with me? 🧳

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for:

👉 Data Analysis and Interpretation: Expertise in analysing large datasets, identifying trends, and drawing actionable insights.

👉 Database Management: Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases like Google BigQuery, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

👉 BI Tools: Advanced knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or Looker.

👉 Data Warehousing: Understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with tools like Google BigQuery, dbt, or Snowflake.

👉 ETL Processes: Experience with ETL tools and processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading.
👉 Programming Languages: Familiarity with programming languages like Python, R, or other scripting languages used for data manipulation and analysis.
