Ihre Aufgaben:
• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Abwicklung von Bauprojekten im Spezialtiefbau
• Steuerung und Koordination von Nachunternehmern sowie internen Baustellenteams
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätsstandards
• Überwachung und Steuerung komplexer Bauverfahren im Spezialtiefbau (z. B. Bohrpfahlgründungen, Verbauarbeiten)
• Ansprechpartner für Auftraggeber, Behörden und Projektbeteiligte während aller Projektphasen

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, idealerweise im Spezialtiefbau
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Abwicklung komplexer Bauprojekte sowie gute VOB-Kenntnisse
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und wirtschaftlich orientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
