Unser Mandant ist ein sehr erfolgreiches, mittelständisch geprägtes Bauunternehmen. Das Unternehmen realisiert anspruchsvolle Hochbau- und Rohbauprojekte für Wohn-, Gewerbe- und Industrieimmobilien. Im Auftrag unseres Mandanten suchen wir für Standorte im süddeutschen Raum einen Senior Bauleiter Rohbau (m/w/d), der Projekte eigenverantwortlich steuert und Verantwortung auf der Baustelle übernimmt.

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung von Rohbauprojekten im Hochbau
• Koordination und Führung der Bauleiter, Poliere und Nachunternehmer
• Sicherstellung der termin-, kosten- und qualitätsgerechten Bauausführung
• Überwachung der Baustellenabläufe sowie regelmäßige Baustellenkontrollen
• Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Planern und internen Projektbeteiligten

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Bauleiter im Rohbau oder Hochbau
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bauausführung sowie der VOB
• Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke und unternehmerisches Denken
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
