Who You Are

We’re seeking a highly skilled and passionate engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’re someone who loves solving complex problems, enjoys continuous learning, and is motivated by the opportunity to create technology that matters.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of backend development experience.

• Proven expertise in API design, development, and maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of NoSQL, vector databases (e.g. MongoDB)

• Familiarity with Golang (preferred as our primary development language) or 5 years of Java

• High-traffic system development (QPS 1000+)

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud services.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, performance optimization, and monitoring tools.

• Knowledge of advanced technologies such as Neo4j, Elasticsearch, or EMQX
