NOTE: Preferred candidates to be located in Noida, India. You will be required to schedule a portion of your working hours to coincide with our US based team, specifically from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Who you are:

Archipelago is looking for a Senior Back End Engineer (Go) to help build the backbone of our SaaS platform that is redefining property risk intelligence. In this role, you’ll design and implement scalable, cloud-native services that power secure data exchange and advanced analytics for global property owners and insurers. You’ll work with modern technologies, collaborate with a distributed team across continents, and contribute to solutions that replace outdated processes with AI driven automation and insight—making a real impact in the insurance technology space.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy new features for our API platform using Go.

• Architect reusable components for long-term scalability.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver elegant solutions.

• Ensure high-quality code through testing and automation.

• Ship to production frequently in a CI/CD environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Go or similar compiled backend languages.

• Strong knowledge of RESTful / GraphQL APIs, SQL (Postgres, Snowflake), and cloud platforms (AWS).

• Experience with Docker / ECS / Kubernetes and automated testing.

• Ability to collaborate with a distributed global team.
