SENIOR BACKEND DEVELOPER (m/f/d) Typescript

Your mission:
• You join one of our two engineering squads, specifically focusing on our B2B pipeline - the critical system that processes client requests and converts them into orders
• You drive the technical direction of your domain: design, implement. You evolve services that integrate deeply with multiple systems across the company
• You take full ownership of backend projects -  from design to deployment, including CI/CD, observability and long-term maintainability
• You design and implement high-quality system architectures that can scale, handle complex business logic and remain reliable under change
• You continuously improve system performance and reliability by identifying bottlenecks, refactoring legacy component. In addition you introduce automation where needed
• You collaborate closely with other senior engineers and stakeholders to define technical strategy, ensure alignment to raise the engineering bar across teams
• It's a plus if you've worked with AI technologies and know how to integrate them efficiently into production platforms

Your profile:
• 5+ years of experience as a freelancer or full-time employee
• You have 5+ years of experience in the following tech stack: TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Mongo, MySQL, AWS (S3, SQS, RDS etc.), Docker, ORM
• You were at least once responsible for a medium/large scale backend application
• You bring a software engineering background and an entrepreneurial mindset
• You love patterns and complex challenges, you know how to evaluate solutions and how to choose the right one based on experience and clever decision-making
• You are hands-on, reliable and innovative in implementing those solutions
• You can work on your own but you love to share your knowledge and work with the team

Your milestones:
• During your first month at Laserhub you will be familiar with code and database structure, you learned how our business operates and deploy first major task and/or database migration to production
• After 3 months you have a deeper understanding of our customers and you will develop an epic from scratch and take responsibility for a technical solution. You will be participating in regular code reviews
• After 6 months our personas are your family and therefore you will be involved in the full lifecycle of a story from understanding the problem and refinement of a card to deployment, monitoring and analyzing
