We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong experience in Node.js and cloud development to join our team and support the design and implementation of backend services for SAP cloud applications using SAP BTP and modern frameworks. This role will collaborate closely with engineering teams working on-site in Brazil.

Modality and language requirements:
On-site 3 days/week in São Leopoldo (Brazil).

Advanced English communication skills required.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using Node.js.

• Build SAP extensions using CAP and integrate with SAP S/4HANA.

• Optimize performance and ensure security in cloud-based development.

• Work with OData services and SAP BTP components.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodology.

• Validate and test APIs using Postman or equivalent tools.

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.

• Solid knowledge of SAP BTP, HANA Cloud, and OData.

• Familiarity with APIs and generative AI concepts.

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Experience with Git and build automation tools.

• Proficiency with BAS or VS Code.

• English level B2 or higher.
