Senior Backend Developer - Java - Pharmaceutical sector

Ready to build a centralized testing platform for pharmaceutical quality and traceability?

Join our expert team to work on the pharmaceutical sector, contributing to the development of a centralized testing and KPI solution for testing processes. You will apply your knowledge of Java and Spring Boot to design secure scalable backend services integrating PostgreSQL container orchestration and infrastructure as code. This role can be based in Madrid or Barcelona and follows a hybrid working model.

What you will bring

5–10 years of backend software engineering experience with Java (11 17 21) and Spring Boot
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL including schema design query optimization and stored procedures
Hands-on experience with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes or OpenShift
Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines DevOps practices and Terraform for infrastructure as code
Experience with AWS services software testing automation and familiarity with GxP-validated use cases

You will be responsible for design develop and maintain business logic and backend services using Java and Spring Boot implement unit and integration tests and documentation support and optimize development and production environments including CI/CD pipelines automate recurring maintenance tasks and collaborate with product owner architect and team to deliver a centralized testing KPI platform aligned with regulatory requirements.
