Buscamos un líder con visión, autonomía total y excelente capacidad de comunicación para ser responsable del área backend.

Perfil Ideal:

• Rol: Senior Backend Developer / Backend Lead

• Más de 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo backend

• Experiencia liderando equipos o siendo referente técnico

• Capacidad para diseñar soluciones y planificar a largo plazo

• Adaptación rápida a sistemas existentes (onboarding rápido)

Responsabilidades Principales:

• Liderar el desarrollo y evolución del backend de la plataforma

• Diseñar y mantener arquitecturas basadas en microservicios usando patrones como DDD, CQRS, Event-Driven y Arquitectura Hexagonal

• Mantener y evolucionar el monolito Django actual, liderando su extracción progresiva hacia microservicios con FastAPI

• Definir buenas prácticas de desarrollo, testing y seguridad

• Mentorear desarrolladores backend y coordinar con otros equipos técnicos

• Incorporar herramientas de inteligencia artificial al flujo de desarrollo para maximizar la productividad

Requisitos Técnicos (Hard Skills):

• Lenguajes y Frameworks: Python avanzado, Django, FastAPI, Celery, APIs REST y GraphQL

• Bases de Datos: SQL (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (valorado)

• DevOps e Infraestructura: Docker, Kubernetes, conocimientos básicos de AWS y escalabilidad horizontal

• Metodologías y Herramientas: Scrum, Jira

• Inteligencia Artificial: experiencia usando herramientas de IA para desarrollo (preferentemente Claude / Claude Code) y habilidad para integrarlas en flujos de trabajo.
