What you'll do::
You will align market needs and retailer commitments with Emma’s overall supply chain strategy and translate them into clear, actionable supply planning requirements. You will ensure product availability for wholesale partners by calculating quantities needed from each supplier, planning for uncertainties, and maintaining optimal inventory levels across European regions. You will design and continuously improve Emma’s supply planning process for offline channels by defining required inputs, integrating multiple data sources, and developing best-in-class planning logics tailored to B2B needs. You will plan and steer mid to long-term supply requirements for retail partners, ensuring timely replenishment and supporting commercial teams with reliable availability forecasts. You will collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, production, demand planning, and country teams to address bottlenecks, solve supply challenges, and ensure seamless coordination with external retailers. You will play a key role in shaping and developing Emma’s S&OP framework for offline markets, contributing to alignment between sales forecasts, production capabilities, and inventory strategy. You will proactively communicate planning insights, constraints, and decisions to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and smooth execution for all retail operations.

Who we're looking for::
You obtained a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and you already have practical experience in supply planning. Experience in a B2B environment is a plus. You are a strong thought leader who enjoys solving issues by addressing root causes and improving processes step by step while keeping the bigger picture in mind. You have a quick grasp of new topics and an analytical approach to tasks and problems. You are comfortable independently managing complex data sets and translating them into actionable business insights. You work in an independent, responsible, and structured way, and you think in a process-oriented manner. You bring proficiency in data querying or data visualization tools, which is considered a strong plus. You have experience managing a variety of stakeholders across different topics and functions. You are a communicative team player and you have very strong English skills.
