Job Summary

As the Senior B2B Content Writer, you will own the voice of apna's employer-facing brand across formats and channels. You will craft sharp, insight-led content that speaks directly to SMBs, enterprises, HR leaders, recruiters, and business owners — helping them understand, trust, and choose apna.

This role requires a rare combination of strategic thinking and strong writing craft. You will work closely with the brand, product marketing, sales, PR, and growth teams to produce content that drives awareness, builds credibility, and supports the full employer marketing funnel.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

Thought Leadership and Research Content

• Develop high-impact long-form content including whitepapers, industry reports, trend pieces, and editorial articles that position apna as a credible voice in the hiring and HR ecosystem
• Translate complex data, research findings, and market trends into compelling narratives for business and HR audiences

Case Studies and Sales Enablement

• Own the creation of employer success stories and case studies that demonstrate apna's impact across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments
• Write and refine sales enablement assets including one-pagers, pitch decks, product explainers, and FAQs that help the sales team communicate apna's value proposition effectively

Social and Digital Content

• Craft platform-native content for LinkedIn and other digital channels targeting employers, HR professionals, and business owners
• Develop content calendars and copy for organic social that balances brand storytelling with performance intent

Email, Blog, Newsletter and Performance Copy

• Write targeted email campaigns for employer acquisition, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement
• Create high-converting copy for landing pages, blogs, ads, and other performance marketing assets tailored to B2B audiences

Campaign Content and PR Support

• Contribute to integrated B2B brand campaigns by developing content across multiple formats - from campaign narratives and scripts to press notes and spokesperson quotes
• Support PR efforts with well-crafted press releases, bylines, and media-ready content that reinforces apna's employer brand

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with brand, product marketing, sales, PR, and growth teams to ensure content is aligned with business priorities and campaign goals
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging framework across all employer-facing content touchpoints

Requirements

Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in B2B content writing, brand content, or content marketing, preferably in tech, SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth startups
• Demonstrated experience writing for business, HR, or employer audiences is a strong plus
• A strong portfolio showcasing versatility across long-form, short-form, and performance content formats

Education

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

Writing and Storytelling

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and format across thought leadership, social, email, and sales content
• Strong grasp of B2B content strategy and the ability to translate business goals into compelling content narratives

Analytical and Insight-driven

• Comfortable working with content performance data, research inputs, and audience insights to inform and refine content strategy

Execution and Collaboration

• High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple content workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across brand, marketing, sales, and PR teams
