We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Azure Developer to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade applications on Microsoft Azure. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who understands how to architect systems for production, navigate real-world constraints, and deliver reliable solutions in environments where security, compliance, and data governance are critical.

You will work closely with users, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Architect, build, and maintain full-stack applications running on Microsoft Azure.

Design systems for production and scale, considering security, performance, and data governance.

Develop backend services using Python and work extensively with SQL and relational databases.

Contribute to frontend development when needed (experience with React is a plus).

Collaborate directly with users and business stakeholders to understand requirements before implementation.

Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, and maintainability.

Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to best practices across teams.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of industry experience as a software developer
(10+ years strongly preferred).

Strong experience architecting and delivering enterprise-grade systems.

Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including a deep understanding of its services, limitations, and operational nuances.

Proficiency in Python and SQL.

Experience working in environments with strong requirements for security, compliance, and data governance.

Proven ability to work independently, deliver results, and collaborate effectively.

Comfortable engaging directly with users and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Frontend experience with React or modern JavaScript frameworks.

Experience working with distributed or nearshore development teams.
