We are looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud Solutions unit, where you’ll lead initiatives across complex projects, support multiple development streams, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with a strong technical foundation and a leadership mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure services

• Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using modern tools and best practices (Terraform, ARM, Bicep)

• Design infrastructure hosting, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions)

• Establish and manage observability platforms (e.g., Azure Monitor, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Log Analytics, Application Insights)

• Administer and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure for scalable, secure and cost-effective applications

• Collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure seamless operations

• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues across environments

• Work with containers (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes / AKS)

• Implement and enforce DevOps best practices around security, performance, and resilience

• Provide technical mentorship and knowledge sharing within the team

• Collaborate with developers and QA teams

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to understand needs and deliver high-impact solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 4+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles

• Proven experience with at least one Infrastructure as Code tool (e.g., Terraform, Bicep)

• Deep understanding of Azure cloud services and best practices

• Strong Linux administration skills

• Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python – at least one)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

• Desire and aptitude to grow into a technical leadership role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Bash, Go)

• Preferably, experience with AWS cloud services
