Job Description

As a Senior Automation tester, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Automated Testing is required.

Skillset: Web/API automation. Familiar with Playwright/ Cypress/ Selenium or any other equivalent. Performance test in K6/JMeter or any equivalent.

Capabilities: Skillful in engineering best practices, coding standard, test scenario, test cases, testing approach, strategies and mentorship.
Develop and implement innovative testing strategies that enhance overall quality assurance processes.
Mentor team members in best practices for automated testing and quality engineering.
Analyze testing results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and deliverables.
Continuously evaluate and integrate new testing tools and technologies to optimize testing efficiency."
