Required Skills:
• 10 Years of Strong Selenium, Java, and Junit experience. The candidate should run the automation projects on their own without any support.
• Automation experience with Test Complete and Concordian is must.
• Ability to work with different global teams and deliver efficiently.
• Understand the different testing methodologies, techniques and ability to apply the same on the day to day tasks.
• Candidate should be proficient in QC reporting, test management and reporting, email communication.
• Experience and knowledge on working on different phases of the SDLC.
• Ability to set up new process and understanding on the latest technologies /developments.
• Should have lead a sizeable team
• Hands on experience in ALM.
• Strong knowledge on Banking and financial domain.
• Excellent communication.
• Good comm skills are a big priority
