This is a high-impact senior role where the right person can shape the future of quality engineering, strengthen release confidence, and create major long-term value for the engineering organization. You will take ownership of backend automation and play a key role in shaping QA practices.
Responsibilities
• Extend and maintain Playwright-based end-to-end coverage;
• Design and implement backend E2E and integration test suites in .NET;
• Improve framework structure, reliability, and maintainability;
• Help define automation strategy across UI, API, and backend layers;
• Support CI/CD integration, result reporting, and coverage improvements;
• Work closely with developers and product owners on quality risks and regression coverage;
• Raise the overall maturity of automation practices and test architecture.
Requirements:
• 5+ years in test automation;
• Strong Playwright experience with TypeScript;
• Strong .NET / xUnit automation experience;
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver (C#) and POM, with familiarity in Appium.
• Experience with API, integration, and end-to-end testing;
• Experience building or significantly improving automation frameworks;
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills;
• CI/CD awareness and practical test pipeline understanding.

• Contract testing;
• Performance or load testing;
• SignalR testing;
• MongoDB-related testing;
• Test reporting tools (Allure, ExtentReports);
• Experience in regulated or operationally complex systems.
