The Tech CEO team is hiring a Senior Automation Developer for Bengaluru Location. This position reports to Manager – Automation based in Bengaluru. The objective of LinkedIn’s Tech CEO team is to automate processes within GTM Ops to improve process efficiency and drive scale. Tech CEO team is part of Technology & Product Operations within the Global Business Org. 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Design Automation architecture for scaling automation footprint by 10X. 
• Build and maintain a large portfolio of Bots/ workflows and scale sustainably. 
• Come up with creative technical solutions including multi-technology integrations while implementing Intelligent Automation. 
• Measure Business Impact of Automation and pre and post deployment for adherence. 
• Build relationships with global stakeholders and influence automation adoption through collaboration. 
• Manage stakeholder experience throughout the Bot lifecycle through defined cadence structures. 
• Manage end to end Bot lifecycle from requirement gathering to hyper care and support with minimal support. 
• Analyze, design, develop, implement, and troubleshoot Bots for various business functions. 
• Demonstrate in-depth experience in Bot development, deployment, migration and platform administration, automation standards and best practices. 
• Follows best in class standards and framework for Bot Development. 
• Manage Bot migrations to newer version of software and/or new infrastructure through meticulous planning. 
• Build Bots that can run 24*7 without no minimal human intervention. 
• Follow SDLC, change management and document the procedures, design on RPA solutions to meet IT/ infosec compliance. 
• Track and improve Bot velocity and reduce maintenance efforts. 
• Track Bot and process related KPIs and report the Business Impact. 

Basic Qualifications:  

• Overall IT experience of 7+ years. 
• Hands on experience of minimum 4 years in Automation anywhere platform (A360) and Microsoft Power platform in designing, building, and maintaining bots along with Infrastructure design and maintenance. 
• Should have knowledge and hands on experience of programming languages (Java, Python or .net) and SQL and VB scripts. 
• Should have built bots for a minimum of 8 to 10 complex processes and managed end to end lifecycle. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Ability to successfully automated API, web and windows-based applications and successfully built attended and unattended Bots. 
• Ability to create solution designing documents based on process definition document or process recordings. 
• Good to have exposure to Azure logic apps and cognitive services. 
• Ability to conduct Process Discovery workshops with Business stakeholders and Knowledge sharing sessions with the team. 
• Experience on Intelligent agentic automation, AI/ML skills is a plus. 
• Good to have working experience of CRMs and Microsoft tools.
