Overview:
Perform operational and financial audits as required by the Audit Plan. Assist in complying with current and proposed industry regulations.Assist external auditors with such tasks as inventories and year-end audits. Assist with special projects and draft or update Company policies and procedures as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
" Perform operational and financial audits and report findings to Senior Management.
" Conduct or aid audit department in special projects as necessary.
" Assist external auditors with inventories, cycle counts, and year-end work.
" Assist in complying with current and proposed industry regulations.
" Facilitate the updating and/or creation of Company policies and procedures.
JOB

REQUIREMENTS:
" Bachelor degree with a major in Accounting, Finance or Information Technology.

Big 4 Public Accounting Experience

" Must be willing to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime when necessary during peak season or as required for special projects.
" Must be willing to travel between 10% - 20% a year.
" Candidate must have between 5 - 7 years audit or comparable accounting/finance experience
" Excellent verbal, written, and mathematical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ACL a plus.
