As a Senior Associate, Visual Design, you play a crucial role in creating visually compelling and brand-aligned assets across various platforms. You collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to deliver engaging visual designs that resonate with our audience. Using your strong design skills, you ensure that all visual content enhances the overall brand experience while meeting campaign objectives. You are detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and driven by creative innovation.

In your day to day, you will:

• Design visually impactful assets, including banners, social media graphics, email templates, and website elements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with marketing strategies and product launches

• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms

• Contribute creative ideas to elevate brand messaging and campaign visuals

• Assist in developing visual identities for new products, features, and campaigns

• Work with external partners or agencies when needed to deliver high-quality visual content

• Stay updated on design trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team

• Provide design support for presentations and internal materials as needed

• Review and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders

• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards

We think this role is for you if have...

• 3+ years of experience in visual design or graphic design

• Proficiency in design software (i.e., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma,), Familiarity with Canva is a Plus

• Proficiently in video editing and motion graphics

• Strong understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field, or equivalent work experience

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles is a plus

Housecall Pro is a fintech company founded in 2013. We built a SaaS platform that helps Home Service Professionals operate their businesses. We created the application for plumbers, electricians, and other Pros in the home improvement/trades industries.

Housecall Pro is a simple, cloud-based field service management software platform aimed at helping companies keep track of jobs, monitor technician activity, and produce invoices easily.

Our core product helps our clients with scheduling, dispatching, job management, invoicing, payment processing, marketing, and more. They used to struggle with the ton of paperwork after their hours. Now they can save time, and manage their business in one app.

We support more than 27,000 businesses and have over 1,300 ambitious, mission-driven employees in San Diego, Denver, and all over the world (including 200+ talented and innovative Engineers). #LI-Remote

This role is open to candidates in Mexico and the expected salary range for this role is $32,000-$40,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. Housecall Pro is growing fast and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
