Nell'ottica di ampliare il dipartimento Tax nella sede di Milano, PwC TLS è alla ricerca di un professionista che abbia maturato un'esperienza dai 2 ai 4 anni da inserire all'interno del gruppo Financial Services & Transfer Pricing.

La risorsa supporterà il team nell’attività di consulenza in materia di prezzi di trasferimento a gruppi societari multinazionali operanti nel settore Asset & Wealth Management, Insurance and Banking.

In particolare, la risorsa sarà coinvolta nello svolgimento delle seguenti attività:

• definizione e supporto nell'implementazione operativa di transfer pricing policy;

• analisi economiche e strategiche con l'utilizzo di banche dati internazionali e programmi di data analytics e di data visualization;

• analisi di profittabilità e profit allocation;

• supporto nelle operazioni cross border di riorganizzazione;

• predisposizione della documentazione di transfer pricing (Master file e Local File) per Gruppi Multinazionali principalmente operanti in ambito Financial Services;

• progetti di assistenza fiscale nell’ambito di attività di due diligence;
