Somos PwC Argentina, firma líder en el mercado de servicios de Auditoría, Consultoría, Asesoramiento Impositivo, Legal y Outsourcing. Contamos con 7 oficinas distribuidas en Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Mendoza y Rosario donde atendemos las necesidades de nuestros clientes locales y, a través de nuestro Acceleration Center, exportamos conocimientos a la red global de PwC principalmente a Estados Unidos y Europa.

En PwC buscamos un/a Tech Lead para liderar la modernización de sistemas bancarios, integrando IA y soluciones core banking.

Responsabilidades:

• Diseñar y liderar la arquitectura de soluciones para modernizar sistemas Legacy.

• Integrar plataformas, asegurar seguridad y cumplimiento de estándares.

• Recoger y traducir requerimientos de stakeholders técnicos y de negocio.

• Supervisar selección de tecnologías, gestión de riesgos y cumplimiento de requisitos.

Requisitos y conocimientos:

• Sólida experiencia en arquitectura de software, infraestructura, nube y DevOps.

• Experiencia en mainframe, COBOL/CICS, IA generativa y vector stores.

• Dominio de APIs, bases de datos relacionales/noSQL y marcos de seguridad.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y visión estratégica.

• Inglés avanzado.

• Perfil con más de 7 años en IA/ML, de los cuales al menos 5 años trabajando con modelos generativos o LLM.
