About the Role

In this dynamic position within our Resourcing team, you will be responsible for all aspects of resource management for our global teams, driving process improvement initiatives, and providing essential program support. You will be the backbone to our fast-paced department, directly supporting the Director, Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day project activities and resourcing, identifying potential instances of underutilization and actively work with department leads to address and solve those issues.

• Act as point of contact for resource booking confirmation, conflict resolution, and development of solutions in support of business and department goals.

• Engage with all personnel levels of the organization globally. Collaborate regularly with our Delivery Team, Department Leads, and Talent Acquisition for staffing requirements

• Support our Director, Resource Management about how to staff and stand-up projects, thereby being the backbone to our fast-paced department.

• Facilitate meetings to improve our processes and resolve issues.

• Shape the growth of our Resourcing department through people and tools, as well as provide input into staffing in supporting max efficiency of our organization.

• Evaluate staff skills and interests to strategically align personnel with client engagements that drive both client satisfaction and employee development.

• Build and sustain strong partnerships with management teams by understanding their priorities and adapting resourcing strategies to evolving business needs.

• Partner with Project Managers and Delivery Leads to review bench availability, ensure timely staffing of projects, and optimize resource utilization across engagements

Who you are

First and foremost, you’re passionate about people and new technologies! You are outstanding at multi-delivery (not just multitasking), and widely recognized for your enthusiasm and impeccable ability to be flexible and calm in a fast-paced work environment.

• 2 to 5+ years’ of resource management experience, preferably in a Professional Services environment.

• Champion at managing multiple requests with substantial logistics and complexity.

• Strong motivational and teambuilding skills. You enjoy establishing professional, productive relationships in the workplace. You’re often described as a ‘people-person!’

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to effectively communicate across different levels of the organization.

• Exceptional planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Able, keen, and flexible working within a highly fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.

• Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to learn, grow, and adapt.

• Experience with resource management and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Confluence, Salesforce, Jira) preferred but not mandatory.
